Hello, my name is Natalia Richards and I’m so glad you’ve decided to visit this space.

I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I graduated from Rollins College with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate the highs and lows of life. I work with adolescents, and adults with difficulties such as but not limited to: anxiety, grief, anger resolution, health concerns, trauma, adjustment, and relational difficulties.

I specialize in couples and family therapy to include parenting, single or co-parenting difficulties, blended family challenges, including adoption and foster care adjustment, infidelity, divorce, and pre-marital and marital counseling.

I approach counseling with a heart bent towards compassion and understanding. I provide a judgement free and safe space for all clients of all backgrounds and experiences to share and process the season you are in. Although I work with all walks of life, I also specialize in working with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

It would be an honor to walk with you on your journey towards positive change and a brighter future. I look forward to meeting you, just as you are, and applaud your efforts in seeking well-deserved support.

- Natalia Richards, M.A.
