I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I graduated from Rollins College with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate detours and roadblocks within their life. I work with adolescents, and adults who experience difficulties such as but not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief, anger resolution, chronic illnesses or health concerns, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relational difficulties.

I specialize in couples and family therapy by focusing on the 5 R's.

Reflect, Rewrite, Rebuild, Resolve, and Reawaken.

I approach counseling with a heart bent towards compassion and understanding. I provide a judgement free and safe space for all clients of all backgrounds and experiences to heal and grow. Although I support folks in all walks of life, I also support Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).
