Mental Wellness Consultation
Complimentary 15 Minute Phone Consultation.
Investing in You
Individual, Couple and Family session rates will be discussed during the phone consultation. Limited scholarship rates are available for students or those with financial assistance.
Insurance
Current insurance accepted are Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. All clients with insurance that is not accepted will be responsible for the self pay rate discussed during your consultation. Please contact your health insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for mental health services.
Payment
The Loveland Foundation vouchers are accepted, along with all major credit cards and HSA cards as payment options. Payment information will be collected during the intake appointment.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend your session, please make sure that you cancel 24 business hours prior to your appointment. Any late cancelled appointments or no shows will be charged a fee.
